A new portal for Quality Clouds

Welcome to the new portal!


With the aim of improving your Quality Clouds experience, we're splitting out administrative functions from the main data views into two user interfaces.

From now on, you have access to two portals:

Quality Clouds portal (main)

Admin portal

Use this portal for viewing your instance data coming from Quality Clouds scans.Use this portal to connect and edit your instances, set up scans, see scan history and work with alerts and rulesets. 

Main tasks: 

  • Consult data on dashboards

Main tasks: 

  • Setup instances
  • Launch or schedule scans
  • Consult scan history
  • Add operational alerts
  • View and edit your rulesets


Navigating in the new portal

Navigating instances

You can switch between instances you have defined to see their relevant data.

→ To navigate between instances

  1. Go to the Quality Clouds portal.
  2. In the main menu, select the SaaS platform you want to look at:
    1. ServiceNow 
    2. Salesforce 
    3. Office 365 
  3. From the list of instances that are displayed, click one to show the relevant information.

Your instance data is now loaded. By default, the last accessed dashboard is displayed.

Navigating dashboards

Decide which section of the instance information you want to look at by selecting your dashboards. You can switch between the dashboards in the following way:

→ To navigate between dashboards

  1. Go to the Quality Clouds portal.
  2. Select the instance of your choice.
  3. In the header, open the View selector to show the list of dashboards.
  4. Click on one of the dashboards to display its contents. 


Accessing governance dashboards

→ To see the Governance dashboards

To see all your governance data, you can access the Governance dashboards in All Clouds menu.


Navigating between the portals

After you log in, you're taken directly to the new Quality Clouds portal. Here you will find all the latest data on the dashboards coming from your instance scans. 

From the portal, you can access the admin functions in the admin portal. 

→ To access the Admin portal

  1. In the main menu, click the Admin icon. 

A new browser now opens with the Admin portal.

In here you will be starting from the History section. We've removed the Home one with the dashboards. 


FAQs

Where are my dashboards?

All the dashboards are now in the new Quality Clouds portal. You can see them in the View selector in the header.

Where are my Governance dashboards?

All the Governance dashboards are now in the  All Clouds menu.

Is the new portal replacing the existing portal?

No. The new portal is a new point of access to make data viewing more user friendly. It does not replace the existing portal. It is an addition to it. The existing portal is now being used for administrative tasks only. 

You can do the following from the Admin portal:

  • Setup instances
  • Launch or schedule scans
  • Consult scan history
  • Add operational alerts
  • View and edit your rulesets


How can I access the Admin portal?

→ To access the Admin portal

  1. In the main menu, click the  Admin icon. 

A new browser now opens with the Admin portal. In here you will be starting from the History section. We've removed the Home one with the dashboards. 


Can I access the Quality Clouds portal from the Admin portal?

There is no direct link from the Admin portal to the main portal. Nevertheless, after login, you will be accessing the main portal.


Where am I taken after login?

Whenever you log in, you are now accessing the Quality Clouds portal where you can see your data on the dashboards.


Where is the list of my dashboards?

You can now find the list of your dashboards in the View selector in the header in the main portal.
