Administering your account

Set up and manage your Quality Cloud account. Here you can review your account information, your licenses, add and remove users and instances, set up email notifications for users, and check the logs and stats of usage.

This is a Quality Clouds admin action, available for admin users in the admin portal.

Account management

→ Choose one of the following actions to administer your Quality Clouds account

Managing users

Review the existing users, add and activate new ones and remove or disactivate the ones that are no longer needed. Here you can also reset user credentials, assign roles and assign portal views.

Managing instances and orgs

Review the existing instances and orgs, add and activate new ones and remove or disactivate the ones that are no longer needed. Here you can also set up the Quality Gates for instances that have at least one scan done.

Administering API keys

Connect Quality Cloud with the tools and apps used by you and your developer teams by using the API keys. You can add, edit, delete and monitor the use of the keys. 

Changing email notifications

Review the default email notifications, and turn them on and off to get notified whenever a Quality Clouds event happens. 

Reviewing Quality Clouds usage

Check who and how is using Quality Clouds. Here you can monitor the high-level logs, and review usages for high-level functionality.
