Changing email notifications

Review the default email notifications, and turn them on and off to get notified whenever a Quality Clouds event happens. 


This is a Quality Clouds admin action, available for admin users in the admin portal.

Default email notifications

By default, each new user receives notifications for the following email types:

  • Scan results
  • Update set scan results
  • Operational scan results
  • Git branch scan results

Changing email notifications

Define which notifications are sent to your users.

→ To change email notifications

  1. Login to the Quality Clouds Admin portal at https://portal.qualityclouds.com/.
  2. Go to Account section.
  3. Expand the Email notifications tab.
  4. Choose the user you want to change the settings for, and check or uncheck email notifications.

Your changes are now saved.
