Code duplication

Duplicated code is difficult to find and maintain. Worst yet, it can lead to duplicated (or multiplicated) bugs.

It impacts the quality of your SaaS instances, and influences the Quality of Cloud indicator user by Quality Clouds. 

In Quality Clouds, every block of duplicated code detected generates an issue in instance scans. Different variables are checked for the following SaaS platforms:

• Detecting code duplication in Salesforce
• Detecting code duplication in O365

Additionally, we suggest checking for code duplicates for ServiceNow manually.
