Impact

Fields marked as coalesce in a Table Transform Map will be used to match source and destination records. If the field is unindexed in the target table, and the volume of data on the table is high, queries against that field will be slow, and the performance of the Transform Map will be affected.

Remediation

Talk to your administrator about adding an index to the required fields.
