Importing instances, scans and issues

In order to use the main Quality Clouds functionality from within the app, import the data that covers your instances and scan information. 

Importing instances

→ To import instances

  1. Within your ServiceNow Service Management, go to Quality Clouds app.
  2. In Instances section, click Import Instances

The list of instances is now being imported. You can see the status field with the value Importing, and once it is done, it changes to Complete. You may need to re-load the page to see the imported data.

Importing scans

→ To import scans

  1. Go to Scans section in your Quality Clouds app, and select the instance for which you want to import scan data.
  2. Click Import Scans

The list of scans is now being imported for your selected instance. You can see the status field with the value Importing, and once it is done, it changes to Complete. You may need to re-load the page to see the imported data.

Importing issues

→ To import issues

  1. Go to Scans section in your Quality Clouds app, and select the scan for which you want to import issues. 
  2. Click Import Issues

The list of issues is now being imported for your selected scan. You can see the status field with the value Importing, and once it is done, it changes to Complete. You may need to re-load the page to see the imported data.
