Issue file too big and not being sent

Issue

When downloading an issue file from the History menu of the Admin portal, if the number of issues plus warnings exceeds a certain number (in the range of 100K elements and above), you're notified that the file will be sent by email as an attachment. However, due to the mail size limitations the email is not being sent. 

Impact

You cannot download the issue file from the Admin portal and you're not getting the email with the issue file. 

Solution

While we're working on the solution, you can download the issues file from any dashboard or view that contains the issue grid with an export functionality (e.g. Best practices dashboard or Executive view) in the portal.
