Quality Clouds for Salesforce

You can now customize the set of rules that applies to a scan by ignoring an individual rule or rewriting rules - changing their defined severity and/or time to fix. Use the action buttons in the Ruleset section. To find out more, see Rules and rulesets.

Monitor the ratio of your Salesforce Classic vs Lightning users to keep up with the number of users switching to from Classic to Lightning by reviewing the metric in Salesforce User adoption dashboard. 

Quality Clouds for ServiceNow

Quality Clouds ServiceNow Field Analysis App is now certified. Download it from the ServiceNow Store, and start checking the usage of your custom tables and fields.
