Quality Clouds 22.3.1.0 Release Notes

Release date: July 13th , 2022

New general features and changes

  • What-if scenario in case of activating ignored rules (ServiceNow and Salesforce)

When comes to new rules, or changes in threshold based rules might generate a new amount of new issues that may impact your main metrics heavily. In order to asses the enablement of the rule without impacting the metrics, now is possible to project the results of such rule under the rule editor accessing from the Admin portal.

UI enhancement pack #1, improved readability.

  • Ruleset filter by creation date

Rules are being continuously introduced, and is becoming difficult to track when they were created. Typical use case is to discover what rules where introduced in a particular release.

  • Naming convention rules for ServiceNow

Naming conventions define a common set of rules that help you deduce useful information from the names of ServiceNow components.

It’s not important what your coding conventions are. It’s important that every team member knows what they are and agrees to follow them. Our out of the box recommended conventions can be a good starting point for discussing your own naming conventions with your team.

When you kick-off a new project or you start a maintenance of an existing org, always remember to check and ask whether there is a specific naming conventions in place. Now LiveCheck will spot any deviation from the configured naming convention set to a particular type (ie Business Rules, Script include, Flow, ...)

Now is possible to specify a naming convention rule per Element type, peaking to 53 (as of today supported platform elements). The rules are flexible enough to support complex combinations or even conditions, like starts with AB or CD or EF.
