Quality Clouds recommendations

Quality Clouds recommendations

Quality Clouds' recommendations are additional suggestions that help maintain good quality of code. We've come up with these based on our experience with various SaaS platform implementations.

At present, no rules are defined by default to detect violations of these recommendations, as the specific values to check for are customer-dependent. Individual clients may be using them as custom rules, assigning to each issue type their own severity, time to fix (which contributes to the Technical Debt), documentation URL and area of impact.

GDPR and Data Privacy Rules

Quality Clouds also includes rules to check for adherence to Data Privacy regulations such as GDPR, and to ensure that sensitive information (such as passwords) are not stored or managed in code elements unless there is a valid reason for doing so. Additional information can be found here.
