Reviewing Quality Clouds usage
Check who and how is using Quality Clouds. Here you can monitor the high-level logs, and review usages for high-level functionality.
This is a Quality Clouds admin action, available for admin users in the admin portal.
Checking the logs
Review the high-level log entries to review user actions.
→ To check the logs
- Login to the Quality Clouds Admin portal at https://portal.qualityclouds.com/.
- Go to Account section.
- Expand the Logs tab, and review the information included in the table. The following information is available:
- Date
- Type
- User
- Summary
