For update sets stored locally in
xml format, use the Scan Update Set feature in Quality Clouds. By doing so, you scan your update set before committing it to ServiceNow.

→ To scan update sets
- Log in to the Quality Clouds portal.
- Go to Scan Update Set.
- Click Upload, and select a valid update set file.
The update set is now being scanned, and after a short while you can see the scan summary. You can review the elements found or issues in the portal or download a
.zip file with its contents. An email is also sent automatically, containing scan results.
