New general features and changes 

Important

  • The "Import Configuration" on the "App Configuration" form needs to be executed after updating to this version. This synchronizes the Quality Gates settings between the Quality Clouds backend and the application.
  • After installing ServiceNow App version 9.5, needs to be installed the version 9.5.1 of the livecheck's update set.


  

  • Support for grouping multiple issues into an Incident / Defect / User Story
    • When creating issues/defects/stories in bulk, it only appears for an specific instance. 
    • There is a new List UI Actions for the bulk export functionality (appears on list of full scan issues for instance).


  • Added link to Incident / Defect / User Story created from a Quality Clouds issue

Added a New Exported to and Exported on columns on the list of full scan issues for an instance. Allows tracking of what has been exported to Incident / Defect / User Story and navigation to the Incident / Defect / User Story.

  • Performance enhancements when importing issues from full scans into ServiceNow

In some cases customers reported performance issues when importing large amount of data into ServiceNow instances. The process has been re-engineered to work more efficiently.

  • Update Set name included in import of full scan issues

When importing issues from QC backend, now the update-set is shown. This will help to identify the issue origin.

  • New system property to reduce traffic when running Live Check on Update Sets

New system property to control whether all CE Types are sent to the Quality Clouds backend on an Update Set Live Check. Leave as false (default value) to reduce traffic and increase performance of Update Set live check. Set to true to display full Update Set contents in the Quality Clouds LiveCheck dashboard. 


  • LiveCheck supported for User Criteria 

New ServiceNow element type “User Criteria” is been added to Quality Clouds ruleset.  


  • Message "This issue is under write-off review" does not appear if write-off is approved
  • Scheduled Job included to synchronize configuration from the backend automatically
  • Minor bug fixes
