Adding new rules

At this point we do not support adding custom rules in the portal UI.

Whenever you want to add a new rule or a set of rules to your ruleset, follow these steps to communicate your request. 


For ServiceNow


→ To request adding new rules

  1. Download the template.
  2. Fill in with the rules you want to add.
  3. Send the file to help@qualityclouds.com.

For Salesforce


→ To request adding new rules

  1. Download the template.
  2. Fill in with the rules you want to add.
